Welcome to the Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants Web site (the "C&M Site"). Your access to, and continued use of, the C&M Site constitutes your acceptance of, and compliance with, the following provisions. All materials on the C&M Site, including, without limitation, all text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, code, software and the selection and arrangement of the contents of the C&M Site (the "Materials") are the property of Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants or are licensed or used with permission by Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants and are protected by the copyright laws of Canada and other applicable Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. You may only use the Materials on the C&M Site as permitted in these Terms of Use.

You may use, view, print and/or download one copy of short extracts of the Materials on any single computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use within your organization only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. You shall be fully responsible for any consequences resulting from such use. Any other use of the Materials is prohibited. 7. Viruses

While efforts are made to ensure that all information provided on the C&M Site does not contain computer viruses, Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable, for any damage to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property, or for any corruption or loss of data on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the C&M Site, or your downloading of any Materials from the C&M Site. You should take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses and should ensure that you have a complete and current backup of the applicable items of information contained on your computer system.

8. Modifications

Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants may at any time change these Terms of Use by updating this posting without any notice to you. Your use of this C&M Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as changed.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connolly & McNamara, Chartered Accountants and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, damages, losses or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising from or relating to your access and/or use of this C&M Site.

10. Governing Law and Miscellaneous

All matters relating to your access and/or use of this C&M Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario in any action or proceeding arising from, or in any way related to, your access and/or use of this C&M Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
